WOW! in the Classroom
The WOW! in the Classroom flight offers WPAFB personnel (scientists, engineers, researchers, Program Managers, and Active-Duty Military) to visit your classroom. With all the necessary materials, we will present an in-person STEM lesson full of hands-on activities.
This free resource is provided to teachers to help them meet the STEM objectives in their curriculum, while also introducing students to Air Force personnel and exciting STEM career ideas.
Over 50 lessons are available, tailored to grade levels and Ohio Department of Education standards.

The Education Outreach office reserves the right to cancel events due to surges in COVID-19 cases. We will attempt to give as much notice as possible if a cancellation occurs. As a Wright-Patterson AFB organization, we must adhere to DoD, DAF, and/or WPAFB guidelines.
