How to Volunteer
We WANT YOU to be a WPAFB Educational Outreach Volunteer!
A wide variety of opportunities await you... from science, math and aviation/aerospace "experts" to reading mentors and general classroom and program volunteers.
Each Program has a POC listed, if you would like to get involved, send them an email!
What is Needed: All WPAFB personnel are invited to volunteer for the WOW! Program. We need volunteers to present a variety of STEM lessons to schools for in-classroom demonstrations. We are also in need of volunteers to present those same lessons remotely, from the WOW! studio, instead of visiting the classroom. The WOW! team will train you on the lesson and supply you with all necessary materials. Volunteers are also needed that would like to present their own STEM demonstration on something they are interested in and love to teach about. With questions, or to begin volunteering, please contact Angel.
