Survive the Quake

This is a great educational tool to introduce plate tectonics and natural disasters as well as structural engineering. With bricks of varying shapes and sizes students can test different structures using the earthquake simulator. The base offers 5 levels of intensity. They can begin by following the activity book to build a basis of understanding and then test their own designs. This activity challenges them to think like an engineer!
